It is fitted on a headband, but can be fitted on a comb and elastic. SHIPPING All hats are handmade. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for each style to be made and shipped. The base is covered in pleated silk. The flowers are made from silk offcuts. We are currently looking to source more sustainable or vegan fabric options – watch this space!
