Description An ivory sinamay beret draped with black and white spotty tulle and decorated with tulle ruffles. FITTING AND MEASUREMENTS Measures 25cm in diameter. This style is designed to be worn at an angle towards the front of your head. This style is suitable for Royal Ascot Royal Enclosure It is fitted with a comb and elastic. The base is sinamay which is a natural product – the sinamay is manufactured in the Philippines but we use UK suppliers who dye the material in Luton.
