Description DESCRIPTION A black wool felt asymmetric brimmed hat, with velvet and Swarovski crystals around the crown. Veiling covers the whole brim and can be full length or shorter. FITTING & MEASUREMENTS This brim is fitted with an elastic to go underneath the hair and is designed to sit centrally. The elastic can be adjusted and can be made to match your hair colour.
