Description DESCRIPTION A black spotty velvet covered boater brim, with a black silk abaca band around the crown. FITTING & MEASUREMENTS This brim is fitted with an elastic to go underneath the hair and is designed to sit at an angle or centrally. The elastic can be adjusted and can be made to match your hair colour. SHIPPING All hats are handmade. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for each style to be made and shipped.
